Standard Still Daylight Photography - Price varies with size of house as noted below.
Photos will be of the interior and exterior and will be supplied in high-resolution digital .JPG format optimized for use on the Web and for flyers and brochures. Photos are delivered within 24 hours of the photo session. The photo session will last from 45 minutes to 3 hours depending on the size of the property. Post processing takes about the same amount of time as the photo session. Travel time and post processing is included in the fee.
Small:
Condos and small houses up to 1200 square feet. Includes up to 10 photos emailed to you - $125.00
Medium:
Up to 3000 square feet. Includes up to 20 photos. - $200.00
Large:
3000 to 5000 square feet. Includes up to 40 photos. - $300.00
Really Large:
Over 5000 square feet - Up to $500.00. Fee and number of photos is negotiable.
Twilight Exterior Photograph - $100.00.
This photo is at additional cost because of the extra trip required around twilight. (15-30 minutes before and after sunset).
Slideshow on DVD - $50.00
Plays on your computer with a DVD drive or on your TV through the DVD player.
